If you missed it – and, yes, I did so I cast no aspersions! – Monday was the 32nd anniversary of the “Music for UNICEF” concert New York City which featured Rod Stewart, the Bee Gees, Earth, Wind and Fire, ABBA and Donna Summer.
Yesterday, the UK newspaper The Daily Express carried a story on Robin’s continued involvement in the Bomber Command Memorial. Robin missed the launch of the latest stage of the campaign due to his continued recovery from illness.
Finally. It’s not really “news” but daily piffle that is The Sun newspaper continues to hype Robin’s illness. I suppose, in all fairness to them, this is trying to be kind of positive! The story can be read here: Robin Gibb Is A Natural Fighter.
